I knew this blog post would not be an easy one to write because there were so many images that I adored from this wedding. Megan & Chuck are just two of the best people you could ever meet. They first met in London on a study abroad program and what started out as a friendship, blossomed into true love. Their wedding at Walker’s Overlook in Maryland couldn’t have been more perfect. The day they got married, the weather was extraordinary and as far as a wedding day timeline, it couldn’t have been any more smooth. Some special touches Megan incorporated into their day were the vintage furniture lounge and her vintage accessories from her bag to her 1920’s bracelet from a Washington D.C. socialite. Her day was certainly not short on heartfelt tears and lots and lots of laughter and dancing! Congratulations you two!
Venue: Walker’s Overlook

I loved that Megan took a special moment alone with her dad before anyone else saw her.
Loved her bridesmaid’s reactions to her dress.
Taking a little thoughtful moment before the ceremony.
She had guests sign the inside of a vintage desk so she will have that to keep in her home. I loved this novel idea.
Ahhh. The cathedral length veil.
Megan & her dad had the most creative father/ daughter dance I’ve seen.
We stole away from the reception to capture a few photos in the wine cellar.
I love how iconic Megan looks here. So timeless and beautiful!
Her sister’s boyfriend was an absolute rock star on the keyboard. The best I’ve ever seen (don’t tell my dad 😉
Amazing!!!! Every single one!!
Thank you so much Jen!!
Amazing, per your usual, Shauna! <3<3<3 Future wedding booking….someday!
I adore this Shauna!!! Your selection is perfect and your thoughtful captions make it even more special. Everything is just as I remember it 🙂
Gorgeous photos! I loved the girls dresses and the brides earrings, that emerald green is so pretty.
Gorgeous in every way. It’s unlikely I’ll ever attend a wedding the rest of my life to compare with that one . . . a fairytale, and I got to see it! Pretty cool stuff!
