When I was a little girl, I had these super nice Vietnamese neighbors and they always made these yummy egg rolls for us. I loved going over to play with their daughter Kim, who was my age, because not only was she nice, but the food at their house was so yummy compared to the American cuisine being served at home. Mom, your cooking was great it was just very, well, American. Fast forward a few years and I had the opportunity to study piano under a fantastic pianist from Vietnam. Again, her whole family tried feeding me. I know I was skinny, but maybe they were trying to fatten me up and felt sorry for me? They invited me to attend their Vietnamese New Year every year, and it was so much fun to be a part of. They had a huge dragon that would come out, the food was ridiculously fantastic, and then they had performers. So, my conclusion to this long story was that I thought it would be great to be Asian in some capacity or another.
When I first met Tram and Andy, my love for this culture further increased as these two are as gorgeous as they are nice. Tram is always so quick to compliment anyone around her and she always looks for the best in others. Andy is always so thoughtful, and funny too! He’s also a super spider killer. We had a little spider incident during our session and not to fear, Andy squashed it. I have it on camera, but those are photos just for Tram and Andy. Enjoy their engagements. Their wedding is just around the corner and I can’t wait to capture it this month!
Tram likes a more vintage look and I tried to keep the edits inline with her desires. Take a peak at their video. They even get into a water fountain. I know, I have the best clients 😉 Leave them 20 comments and they’ll earn a free print!
Georgetown is quickly becoming one of my favorite downtown locations.
Amazing shots Shauna! The vintage edits look great! Tram, you look gorgeous in your traditional dress and Andy, you look quite dapper in that suit – also glad to see you still have hair :-p! Congratulations! Can’t wait to celebrate in Hawaii!
