When I first got an e-mail from Sherry, she informed me that she was newly engaged and wanted to announce her engagement to friends and family through photos. I thought it was a great idea so we had to work quickly to get them done before my vacation.
The session was scheduled for the day after what turned out to be a massive storm that wiped out power to most of the DMV area. We were supposed to have the session at Great Falls but there were several trees down preventing us from doing it there. I almost thought it wouldn’t happen and then I remembered another location not too far away and it was open and accessible. Success!! I love it when everything comes together.
Sherry and Dan are just too fun to hang out with, and their bulldog was so well behaved. There is something about love and bulldogs because this is the third couple that has incorporated their bulldog into their engagements. His name is Tank and I kept calling him Frank because another one of my couples has a bulldog named Frank. Hopefully he didn’t have an identity crisis after the session! Enjoy the pics and I’ll have a video up when I get back from vacation.
P.S. Leave them some blog love. Twenty comments will earn them a free print.
