This winter has been surprisingly busy with newborn sessions. I have had a newborn in my studio every week this winter. The wonderful thing about that was that in spite of the wintery weather outside, I was inside snuggling these little babies and it sure made the winter months less dreary. I had the good fortune of meeting these parents last fall to capture their pregnancy photos and we did them right around where I live in Loudoun. A few months later, they were back with this darling girl …

Guess What?: Northern Virginia Wedding Photographer
No these two are not Sanober and Ehsan, they are Marie and William. I realized yesterday that Marie and William had an important announcement to make TODAY and so I am going to share Sanober and Ehsan's big news on the blog tomorrow. Wow! I think three blog posts in one week might be some kind of record for me :) It's true that I am not an every day blogger but I am working on being better at that. In the meantime, please welcome these two lovely people, Marie and William to the blog …
Amy & Leif are Having a Baby: Loudoun Newborn Photographer
I have got to be the worst blogger in the history of bloggers this fall. Usually I love to post every single session but with weddings still in full swing and numerous family sessions, I've found it so hard to keep up! The weather was so great and I was worried because the day started off gray and gloomy but by the time I got there, the ground was this beautiful mist and the warm sun came out to play. JD and Rebecca are so …
Sweet little Caleb: Virginia Newborn Photographer, Loudoun County Newborn Photographer
I love seeing families of one become two and two become three. It's always such a privilege for me to be a part of the new birth of a baby. What a momentous occasion. I always wonder what they will do with their lives, who will they become, what role will they play here? And that I get to be the first one capturing their new little life, it's such an honor. This little guy is so loved and you can tell his parents adore him. He's perfect! P.S. Twenty comments on the blog will earn them a …
